Chicken, Potatoes and Vegies

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut (I like the new potatoes)
2 c. vegies, broccoli, cauliflower, beans,  any vegetable will do
1 lb chicken breasts, tenders or thighs
1/2 c. butter
1 package Italian dressing mix

1. Cut vegies up. Line one side of the pan with then

2. Cut potatoes up. Line opposite side of pan with the potatoes.

3. Line the chicken down the middle of the baking dish.

4. Cut butter up and layer over the green beans, potatoes and chicken. Sprinkle Italian dressing over the entire pan, make sure you get enough dressing, this is what makes it really good. Cover with foil.  bake at 350 for 1 hour

When it comes out of the oven I usually cut up the chicken with my kitchen scissors to make it easier to serve.  You need to cook it with the chicken whole or the chicken will cook before the potatoes.  With the tenders it is done in about 40 minutes so if using tenders then cut your potatoes smaller.
